About
We are located at Langebio, a genomics institute at the Center for Investigation and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (CINVESTAV-IPN) in Irapuato, Mexico. Work in our laboratory focuses on early embryo and endosperm development in Arabidopsis, as well as genetic studies of maize landraces and their interaction with soil nutrients and soil microbiota. Our master’s and PhD students are part of the Plant Biotechnology and Integrative Biology graduate programs on the CINVESTAV Irapuato campus.
